These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of hardhatoffice.com and the services provided by Local First Web Design LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Hard Hat Office ("Hard Hat Office", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Hard Hat Office provides admin and marketing services for contractors and trades businesses. Depending on your plan, this may include a website, Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram pages, a logo, an AI receptionist, AI chat, automated follow-ups, and access to a client portal.
2. Your agreement with us
When you sign up for a plan, we will send you a written service agreement (for example, the Hard Hat Office Growth Plan Agreement). If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement applies.
3. Pricing and billing
- Prices are shown on our website and in your agreement. The Growth Plan is $197 USD per month unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Fees are charged automatically to the card you save at signup, on a recurring monthly basis.
- If a payment fails, we may pause your services until it is resolved.
- Prices exclude any third-party costs you agree to pay separately, such as advertising spend or domain fees, unless your agreement says otherwise.
4. Cancellation
There is no minimum term unless your agreement says otherwise. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. We do not give refunds for partial months.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate business information, and the photos, content and account access we need to set up and run your services.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content you give us, such as logos, photos and text.
- Respond to the leads and appointments our systems book for you.
- Use our services lawfully, including the rules on calling and texting customers.
6. AI tools
Our AI receptionist and chat assistant answer calls and messages automatically. They can make mistakes. Please check important details, and let us know if anything needs correcting. Calls and messages may be recorded and transcribed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Text messages
If you agree to receive texts from us, message frequency varies and msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. No guaranteed results
We will do our best to help you get more enquiries, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, jobs, rankings or revenue.
9. Ownership
You keep ownership of the content you provide to us. You give us permission to use it to provide your services. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, systems and know-how.
10. Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party platforms, such as Google, Meta, phone and SMS carriers, hosting and software providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, such as account suspensions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our services and website are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
